If you have an excess of plants, trees, shrubs or seedlings around your place, why not pot them and donate them to the school for sale on fair day? They can be dropped off at school any time.
Competitions this year include the time-honoured bake-offs with separate competitions for kids (truffles), parents (cafe cake) and grandparents (cake or slice).
