Final Country Fair Newsletter        Important info – please read!

Baking
We have sent home a plate  with the eldest child from each family. Please fill this (and any others you wish to collect from the office!) with lovely baked goods for our cake stall.  Please wrap firmly in glad wrap and label what the item is.  Deliver to the library on Friday before school if possible. Please note: these are not part of the competition entries, these are donations for our very successful cake stall!

Competitions- Cut off times for the competitions are as follows:
Kids Slice Competition – 9am Friday 2nd        Cafe Cake Competition – 12 noon Friday 2n
Grandparents Bake-Off – 12 noon Friday 2nd    (all entries dropped off to the library)
If you are bringing your cafe cake or grandparents entry on your own plate for decorative purposes please name your plate UNDERNEATH so that it can be returned to you.

Help with set up and after match function!!
If you are able to spare an hour or two on Thursday (silent auction) or Friday (food prep and vege bagging), simply turn up at the school office and you'll be directed to help where needed.  If you can get to school early on the Saturday there are always things to set up from 8am. It would also be great if people could help pack up at the end of the day prior to the after fair BBQ and drinks

Silent Auction
The silent auction will be open on Friday from 9am for school parents to check out the items, get a bidding number and start bidding.  Make sure you get in before it gets crazy!
