Last Thursday the seniors went to Hoddy Rd Estuary Park. We all took part in some conservation work.

We learned about traps, putting up chew cards and planting trees to help the Banded rail birds to be safer in the area. We nailed chew cards on to trees with either peanut butter or some green stuff that was non-toxic.

We had a special area to put our plants in and there had to be a meter gap between each plant.

It was really fun and we all got really muddy!
